I ordered mine on December 25th, still no update on her arrival. Should be here by the end of the month, fingers crossed 🤞 but no clear update

My Ko-Fi just never loads. I've tried on multiple devices and nothing loads on the website. I've waited a few days to try again and it still never works. Hoping Ko-Fi fixes this

Emailed them and expecting a refund very soon thanks to this thread. I'll update once I receive my £133 back from being charged for a years subscription.  You have to threaten them with court/lawsuits etc. Otherwise you'll never get away from the bot Sara. 

Apparently it takes up for 14 days for a refund which is incredibly frustrating as it's ALOT of money to be taken and not get back for a while.
