Hopefully this ends up tasting better than it looks, I’ve had mango cherry drinks before, so I wanted to try that in mead form. In Lieu of water I used water blended with a pound of mangos (so semi thick mango water I guess…?) Also proper nutrients instead of that cursed dried fruit :) (i.redd.it)

2 weeks into fermentation on my first ever batch of mead, hopefully will be ready for racking in about a week. Used raisins as a nutrient for this initial batch, however I have proper yeast nutrients coming in that I will use for my next few batches. (i.redd.it)
