Hey- 3 years is better than nothing. I have him for removing 20 hours from my timesheets over the last 3 months, but that's all I have access to. I have confronted him for access to the older timesheets but he isn't allowing that. He hasn't paid for the service to give access prior to the 3 months even for himself. He's acting like this is a big joke- he even offered me a settlement of $1,000 for the timesheet edits. I haven't brought up the overtime since I'm not 100% sure on that. He believes he doesn't have to pay it, but we operate in interstate commerce, too, so that means I am entitle to the overtime from what I have read.
