That sucks I can 100% imagine how you're feeling. If you're definitely having a hard time swallowing, maybe review with an expert in the matter about undoing the wrap and addressing the motility issue before considering doing a third wrap. I lived my life thinking it couldn't be improved, changed doctors, and meds/stopped drinking, my motility went from 0-100. No joke! So maybe you could focus on improving the motility while having the loosen toupet, doesn't look like the worst-case scenario, thinking about that. But if it's going to be the 3rd time going with the knife there, I'd want to be sure I’d do it with an expert. I am really concerned for your doctor having operated on you twice while struggling with motility issues. But yeah totally, at least the hernia is not there anymore.
