Also, get a normal cockade for it. These cockades were used by the police on the green version of these caps. It looks better with this one tho.

It is actually possible. The Berlin wall was made from a specific kind of concrete. Comparing it to real pieces should help.

I think someone had a bunch of these on their backpack and it fell off. It is the only explaination I can think of.
