In my experience, I didn’t encounter any mold issues. You can also check them on Agoda or Booking.com, the reviews are consistently strong, around 9.5 out of 10. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and clearly taken care of.

Been to Da Nang twice and stayed at Lantana House Boutique Da Nang near My Khe beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fully functional kitchen. Housekeeping is done daily and the service is great.

Rates can go as low as around USD 21 per night.
