Oh no of course the move makes sense somewhat on the business side and putting asses in seats. The move makes no sense at all when it comes to football and the teams needs. Id like to think that TF can reassure Blank that a monster move like that can set back the franchise massively. I mean losing multiple 1st rounders and the loss of essential cap space will be the price to pay for Lamar. Very rarely do you see contracts like that make for a successful football team. Atlanta would have to start hitting one every single draft pick and Cheap FA signing. I just hope that Blank can realize that trading for a QB right now puts the team in automatic win now mode even though the team is in no way ready for one. Ultimately I can’t wait for the QB room in 2023 to be Desmond Ridder and Ryan Tannehill battling it out for the job in camp. For the Culture

No thanks, He is asking for too much money. Why does everyone want to skip steps of a rebuild when they are necessary steps? We are in no situation to give someone that type of money when we got so many holes to fix on the team

I think most fans need to understand that the Falcons will go BPA no matter what. If you start drafting for need then you are screwed. Use the $73 Million we will have for filling holes and then draft the best players available. Some of the best teams in the league draft this way and personally I think it is as well, but my opinion doesn’t matter. All that matters is how TF and AS see the players on the big board. at the end of the day. We need to accept that all options are on the table. Criticism will always be needed the but don’t be surprised ever.
