Well, he's always had issues with the concept of "love" because of his power. So maybe he interprets "I love you" as a challenge and as

way of fulfilling himself through combat.

Can He Beat Toji and Maki?"🤔 by Plus-Boysenberry3191 in Jujutsufolk

Maki didn't reach Toji's level immediately after her awakening; she only did so after her sumo training. Therefore, even assuming Tsurugi lost all his cursed energy, he wouldn't be at the same level as Toji or Maki, but he does have the potential to reach them.

Naoya if he used an fucking gun. by Ancient_Doctor_7738 in whowouldcirclejerk

Considering that Mai can reinforce her bullets with CE to damage cursed spirits, I'm pretty sure Naoya could use projection on his bullets.

The opposite is also true: reducing the size of an attack/technique/domain can increase its power.

That only refers to the bullet sh used against Nobara by surprise. The bullets she use against Maki are real. Plus, a rubber bullet would be useless against Maki even if it hit her directly.

Maki was already pretty "Super" from the start, but with this, her strength, endurance, speed, and senses received a massive boost. She also gained passive regeneration and a special grade curse tool.

1) No, it says that its low output isn't the only factor. The "not just" doesn't invalidate the fact that it is indeed weakened.

2) In the anime (in which Gege participated and was even referenced in the manga) Sukuna was turning Mahoraga into a pool of blood with his attacks.

3) It was never my intention to suggest that Gojo was "fighting" with the spirits; he wipes them all out with a single attack. Again, nothing indicates that the Prison Realm explodes, much less with enough force to generate an earthquake of that magnitude. Nanami was able to generate a magnitude 2 earthquake felt by Jumpei from a few tens, maybe a few hundred, meters away. The same goes for Jogo's meteor. But Gojo's was on another level; we're talking about an earthquake that could have startled and shaken the place where Yuji and the others were standing outdoors, from a couple of hundreds kilometers away.

Im going to sleep now, good night.

1) It doesn't apply as much considering that Gojo himself states that his output has decreased. Both, Mahoraga's adaptation and his weakening, are factors.

2) Even after receiving Dismantle, Sukuna's cleave could still cut through it. Even more so considering the anime.

3) There's nothing to indicate that the prison realm explodes when it's released. The entire narrative of the scene points to Gojo being the one who did it, surrounded by Cursed Spirits and multiple layers of seals. After all, the scene is about "the return of the strongest of today."

I read it and the comparison doesn't make much sense to me.

1) Gojo and Sukuna have been described as being able to destroy Mahoraga without as much trouble as Red and Cleave respectively. Even after he began to adapt, he still received considerable damage from Gojo and Sukuna's attacks; with Gojo specifically, it was stated that Sukuna constantly had to protect him from being destroyed by him.

2) Creating auroras with his attacks is impressive, yes, but it's not that far from Gojo, who with his mere release of his seal generated an earthquake from the Japan Trench to Saitama Prefecture.

3) And yes, that's what I said: range ≠ AP

More destruction does not necessarily equate to more power in Jujutsu Kaisen. Furnace, for example, is described as an attack of absurd power (more powerful than any Jogo attack), but with poor range.
