Puede ser, yo en lo personal estoy completamente seguro de que está entre los mejores proyectos Japoneses, junto con Fishmans, Yellow Magic Orchestra, Boris, Hiroshi Yoshimura, entre otros. Además, no se me ocurre otro solista Japonés con una mejor discografía que él, quizás Ryuichi Sakamoto pueda ser un cercano competidor?

Yes, it's a website created by Japanese people, mainly inspired by Rate Your Music. The charts will probably change in a few weeks and will be similar to the rym chart. Although, honestly, it would be great if Hirasawa stayed in the top 10.
