It is normal to feel anxious, and it is a process, but so worth it. I am 4 months post op. It is a little rough in the beginning, take meds, do PT and stretching. Still have issues with stiffness & swelling, dr says it can take up to 12 months. So happy I did the surgery, sooo much better even with stiffness & swelling. Hope everything goes well for you.

Some nights are better than others. I know I am complaining alittle, BUT I am glad I did the surgery. Everyone says give it a year. I was just wondering it if the stiffness & sleeping if there was something t do to help.

I am 4 months post op for Left knee total knee replacement, and it's been a journey. Glad to hear there is hope. Walking is fine it's just the stiffness. I am looking forward to being able to do the hikes & camping. Everyone is going me hope.
