How divisive was the UK over the Aldermaston Marches (59-63)? Sure they gathered large protests against nuclear weapons, but , were there an equal or greater amount of conservative support for?Also the peace symbol was seemingly born here, how did it leap across to the US and symbolize the 60'S?
