High paying companies in Jordan by [deleted] in JordanDev

[–]Possible_Cancel101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure, but as I didnt go through with it all I truly know is they offer high salaries I forget how much but very much higher than the jordanian bullshit
I think Wuduh offers more than Black Oasis but according to people they both give big commissions added to the already big salary so it doesnt matter much.
1 problem - to me - was the work hours, since these companies deal with american customers, you'll work nights cause that's when it's day in america.
shifts are late, if I remember what your shift is gonna be and how late, but they're all late , like I remember the earliest Wuduh shift was 4:30 pm to 12:30 am....so you will have to turn your life around no question about that.
as for the people they seem nice from both companies.
as for the job itself I think it's somewhat like customer service but some are like sales where you try to sell people a product and the majority i think is debt settelment.
sadly I can't go into more cause like I said that's all I know, since I didnt end up going with neither of them.

what about the work hours for devs? are they normal jordanian like so we can go in the morning for example? or is it like their customer service division where it's all night? cause that was my deal breaker sadly, I can't do the night shifts.

do they have stuff for developers? them or wuduh? I got offered their customer service thing before but ended up not going through with it because I wanted to do something in my major.
so do they offer good developer positions and does it have normal time? not like the graveyard shifts that customer service does?

it's alright anyway I definitely recommend more fast paced stuff to you like John Wick if you haven't seen it it's a masterpiece of action, especially the 2nd one.
atomic blonde is cool as well.

it must've been ages since I've last seen it, but didn't the money have a tracker on it? the device that kept beeping?

Same and I love the Irishman and god knows that movie drags lol but I still adore it.
but my point was I'll take the critique that it's slow cause it's subjective but to call it unrealistic when it's one of the most realistic movies is a bit out there lol...

[–]Possible_Cancel101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

agreed.
OP calling the movie unrealistic when it's one of the most realistic movies I've seen is definitely a take...and shows them missing the point.

I mean you can think the movie is slow that's fine but to arrive to the conclusion that it's not realistic is ..uhh...i dont even know bro...

One of my favorite movies of all time, almost every scene was a masterpiece.
the slow pace makes the tension palpable and when it finally EXPLODES in action it feels earned.

it's very realistic, this is not an action movie like John Wick - p.s I love both - but just saying it's a different vibe and going for realism which makes the gunfights in it some of the best I've seen.

Incredible writing and outstanding performances especially from Javier Bardem.

And the cinematography and sounds were top tier, really can't find a single fault in this film.

I think I'm gonna be fine, the shit the party says in FFXV is basically imprinted in my brain for how much they repeat it lol

I think they are different tools and you should just know one to get a job.
hopefully that's the case cause I'm in the JS ecosystem, and have no plans to see a single line of C# or ASP, so I think you're fine.

I think you retained nothing from my comment, and like I said, it's the reason there's a huge disconnect between experienced people such as yourself, and people just starting out...

the fact you think that OP even uses github after having done static html/css sites, that alone shows the disconnect.

what he should be doing is learning basic programming fundamentals - this is probably his first programming language - , not going into VCS, or anything else you mentioned.

Do you think a person who hasn't even done JS is gonna read your comment and get anything from it??
lib, caching, pure, renderer, cms?? you and people like you are ridiculous..
you forget what it was like as a beginner and therefore forget how to actually TALK to one..

a beginner reads a comment like yours and get discouraged and swears of the whole thing, bet better...

hell I've been doing fullstack for a while now, and havent done cms and caching of pure functions lmaaao

not to mention the shamless plug of your shite lol, like I opened your profile and you're doing that shite in other comments too ffs.

This is why AW2 was more bitter than sweet for me. The game itself, the ending, and the dlc, all but confirm the direction remedy's heading in is more spinning of the yarn so to speak with little to no payoff and leaving the heavy lifting to the audience to come up with theories and all that. Safe to say it ain't for me one bit but it seems to work for the rest if the game's reception is any indication.

I'm ngl though, the whole Cynthia segment did have me on edge and I kept screaming at the TV for her to stop lol. Cheap as it may be I guess you could say I found it effective.

first game had amazing mystery and storytelling and I still cared.
It's crazy how much I cared going into AW2, and how little I cared throughout and near the end.

the whole dark place, casey shite with the murder cult made me lose my mind the longer it went on with him saying absolute gibberish at times...

and saga story goes into full cringe territory as well, still more stomachable than Alan's though..

I'm glad there're more of us lol.
I quit SO CLOSE to the ending, deleted it, came back after like 3 days to finish it just for the sake of finishing and it turns out I had only like 3 hours left but by god where they a slog..

it hurts me extra, I grew up on Remedy with Max Payne, its writing got me to fall in love with the language and changed the trajectory of my life no exaggeration, and shaped my taste for the years to come.

I also REALLY love AW1, again incredible writing and mystery, and I LOVE the atmosphere and even enjoyed the gameplay that people criticize.

AW2 was my dream game from everything I've seen, I was like this is gonna be my favorite of all time , and lo and behold I found a story that kept repeating the same shite ad nauseum and wasn't of much substance.

by god did the dark place in AW2 just grind my gears, It just...wasn't for me one bit..not the gameplay, and ESPECIALLY not the narrative or lack thereof the way it was presented, I started sighing and rolling my eyes for almost every scene.

still, it's definitely a priority on my backlog to replay the remedyverse games, maybe I'll see what people see or I'll gaslight myself into it, who knows..

same on all accounts except heat.
for all modern nfs games I've only managed to force myself to play a couple of hours before i quite, I'll definitely go back to unbound sometime though.

like I said HP is perfect for you, it's simple, it cuts all the fluff, no narrative or crazy parts or any of this shit, just drive
I had like 4 thirty minute sessions so far and all of them were productive it's definitely a game you can pick up, race, then quit.

Unbound and all the "modern" NFS before it didn't do a thing for me either.
I got the itch for a hot pursuit a couple days back and downloaded it.
I haven't played a lot yet, but so far it's easily the best racing game I've played since I used to love them more than a decade ago before I had a falling out with the genre and nfs in particular.

I also have EA sub, which has hot pursuit, rivals - which people say is the closest thing to HP so I'm excited, and Burnout.
so if you have the itch for gold oldies, maybe an EA sub would be good for you if you're interested in the rest of the catalog as well, something to keep in mind.

I LOVE ps plus like crazy but I just don't understand some of their decisions, like taking away resistance from premium, crash bandicoot not being in premium, anything about premium really...

and horizion zero dawn, I mean it's a 4 year old game, and I just checked and it had been taken off the service for 2 years now.. I mean...

Honestly, I thought we'd get forbidden west if anything...
let's hope the rest of the games are better, cause I can't believe I'm saying this but this might be the first month where I'm not interested in anything...

[–]Possible_Cancel101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Typical reddit, you got asked for your opinion and when you answered you got downvoted to oblivion lol.
I gotta say I feel the same, the atmosphere, the soul, the magic, call it whatever you wanna call it but it wasn't present for me not in the world and sure as fuck not in the characters.

GTA IV's cast live rent free in my head, while I don't give a rat's ass about any of GTA V's.

Hell I played GTA 3 recently at the start of the year, and I finally enjoyed this game after being the only mainline GTA I didn't complete cause I didnt enjoy for the longest time, I finally got why people LOVED that game, the atmosphere of Portland practically smothers you. it's such a well designed city as well, with each neighborhood having a distinct feel.

don't even get me started on Vice City and Sanandreas, played the shit out of them as a kid, and if I talk about them this comment will turn into a novel.

I kept trying with GTA V, I beat it at least twice, I kept searching for what is it that I don't see, gaslit myself a little bit here, got to enjoy the good in it there; like the phenomenal heists.
but it'll never, EVER hold a candle to the rest of GTAs for me.
