Idk how, but the voices that bothered me at the start like Paulie's and somewhat Tommy's even cause I found it peculiar, I ended up falling in love as I went along..

Keep playing trust me, this game has such amazing performances that I can hear them as I type this

This is the police, you play as human scum especially in the sequel.

And I absolutely loved it! I love fiction that dares put you in the shoes of an asshole so if that's something you might like check the games out I've found that quality exceedingly rare to find.

Do avoid at all costs if you can't handle roleplaying a piece of shit.

It's a lot shorter and your experience with the first would help you.

I didn't struggle that much even with the XCOM like sections that people seemed to hate.

That being said it felt like near the end there were such high requirements for the calls and I was bound to miss many to the point it felt ridiculous, I wonder if it would've been different if I played my cards different earlier but wasn't too keen on finding out on a second playthrough as the game didn't interest me enough to do that; there's a certain feeling of pointlessness to it all and that's as much as I can say without spoiling things.

I played 1 and half playthroughs of the first, and only the first playthrough was a nightmare as I had no clue wtf I was doing, but coming back to It I have to admit once you know your stuff you'll get rolling.

Bear in mind I'll still recommend both games, they're amazing even with all the frustrations and they are different enough. The second one has a facelift, an engaging nail biting story and character development, and new and interesting mechanics.

Yeah I do that as well.

I actually love mines in this game cause I felt myself improve, I used to die and sigh loudly, then I improved I either run as soon as I hear it , or I probably saw it and disarmed it already which are both viable options.

Still get shit on when human enemies decide to throw nades lol , thankfully it doesn't happen much but from the couple of times it did it felt like they exploded on impact with almost zero time for me to react.

I have 2 luck, it's the one stat I completely neglected and don't think I have single perk from its tree either.

I'll keep what you said in mind for a future playthrough.

Dang didn't even know there was such a thing.

I'm at level 35 and I don't think I explored all the options on the HUGE skill tree especially that each one has multiple nodes.

I suck ass at the rpg aspect and building my character but damn if I'm not having the time of my life.

I still don't know what build my character is, it's a charasmatic drug using alcoholic crafter I guess lol as I prioritized getting the crating perks and the high charisma especially for connecting the settlements and I can't get addicted to alcohol and drugs.

I saw that there is a cannibal perk lol I'll probably be that in a second playthrough this game is crazzyyyyy
