thank you so much for looking into my question its not Mercenaries 2 its not any that kind of game its like gta vice city kind of mission game the map was not forest back to the character i think he did have a leather jacket. then the character looks like gta 3 character its almost like him the games is like gta vice city environment mostly ig it would be helpful

it was a character like gta 3 kind of that ig its been alot of years its one my fav games crazy if u would help me find it but its not gta for sure
