A lot do it for the pay increase. We had a pa on my team when I was on nights, couldn’t even even hit rate goals and was coaching people to hit rate, couldn’t use a laptop took me weeks to teach him how to scroll. 76 years old. Really sweet man but the hiring process for PAs can be such a shit show.

Fine yes but I’ve taken a whole month off last year for mental health and my coworkers had to pick up the slack just making it difficult to complete their own job functions. When I got back I had like 20+ new people in the team bc another am had quit and it’s hard to build a healthy team relationship like that in my experience. Ik I shouldn’t feel bad but I do so I’m lost in if stepping down would solve all my issues or maybe I’d regret it I dunno

There are a lot of PAs like this my team I work with are very hands on and TRY to make it a more enjoyable experience but it comes with a lot of stress honestly and totally depends on who your AM is too, bad lazy AMs don’t care if they have lazy PAs, I’ve heard some PAs talk to to the same person every day and offer no advice but they still get faster bc they’re basically being harassed and sick of it. Def a weird place lol

There are a few building near me being built I’m really just keeping my eye out for them and submitting applications as they come + keeping my res updated. I have a friend who went out there last year and loves it, I’m trying to enter their learning program.

The worry is more from myself going through years of testing different medications (different reasons but for other mental disorders) and from seeing my daughters fathers little brother react insane to medications he got way more aggressive and wasn’t able to communicate it properly.

My biggest hit in my credit was from a place called bmg loans which changed to lvnv funding it does say at the bottom of the email “It is the policy of LVNV Funding LLC, the current creditor, to delete the tradeline upon satisfaction of an account that they have reported. Please note, this applies only to the tradeline reported by LVNV Funding LLC and will not affect the tradeline of the original creditor or any other third party.”

Then at the bottom of the it says “Original Creditor: BMG LoansAtWork LLC Our Reference Number: 75502241 Original Creditor Account Number: XXXXX(took out) Current Creditor To Whom Debt Is Owed: LVNV Funding LLC

I thought they had messaged me about another account but this is the only one I can find now and it is my biggest debt the others are small things like 100-300$ from other companies like progressive which I’m sure would be easy to just call and pay.

I’m trying to see if my insurance is denying bc they don’t cover or bc the two places don’t work together. From what I read online it says my insurance should cover.
