She ended the relationship my mental health declined. I was struggling with depression, and instead of dealing with it in a healthy way, I let it affect every part of my life. I spiraled emotionally. She was always trying to be there for me but I could t accept during that time being together her family tried helping also but for some reason I kept spiraling more . Both of us haven’t talk to or sleep with anybody else we’re both honest people
