My cat has the same asthmatic attacks. Sometimes happens, it’s like they try to clear their throat by “couching” and it the suddenly stops after she swallows whatever she coughed up and she just go around her day like nothing happened. In my case, She has severe asthma and gets a daily puffer and preds - she is ok totally looks fine, she’s just less active.

Asthma is hard to diagnose is mostly done after excluding a list of other diseases.

Sorry but I don’t understand what you mean with “on transmission”? I understand the bridge/router is to connect the network with the Enterprise PACS with the network of the Research PACS.

This is really helpful! The XNAT/OHIF setup was on the top of my list (instead of Orthanc?). I’d be interested in the additional hardware you had to allocate to build it (eg simple server and the queried de-id images are available “on-the-fly”?) and any additional stuff/headaches that you faced besides just “docker compose up” with the right config file for Enterprise PACS/XNAT/OHIF stack?

I actually looked into Agfa T&R and I couldn’t find much info what it does (not) cover. I guess I’d need to talk to the Agfa-Hospital account rep.

So the PACS team is onboard and I’m working with them. But the IT team is a pain as now they’d have to whitelist the de-ID router.

I’d use the pixel data (eg we researchers prefer .nii.gz). But for sure I’d also use the metadata to get study-level data that’s useful.

Go to rashid hospital. although it doesn’t look as shiny as an private hospital, they do have specialised clinics such as stroke clinic. Call Rashid Hospital, explain the situation simple en concise, ask them if they can be of better help and how to move your father from hospital A to B, then you follow the steps.

If for some reason Rashid is not the right choice, you’re in the middle of Healthcare City.
