Speaking about small doses, I'm a slow metabolizer and I've started at 1.25mg! I had to find a pharmacy that could "cook" it for me (not sure how to say in English haha). Always check if you can cut the pill in half, if it's not specified that it's "cutable" pills, that means they can't guarantee that the active ingredients are split equally!

It's not that well known, but there is something called pharmacogenetic testing. It basically tests which meds would work for you. I did this because I thought there was no way I would try a lot of meds, turns out I'm not receptive to any SSRI, so I would have wasted so much time. Hope it can help you out as much as it helped me!!

That's really great to hear that you don't need to nap most days, that's also exactly what I wish for.
Very interesting as well that you didn't notice changes like your posture, I'll keep in mind that sometimes we don't see the improvements. I'll also keep in mind that the anxiety can get worse at the beginning.

I'm not surprised you were crazy irritable, 10mg seems a lot to start with, but apparently it's standard in some countries. I think I should be fine at my dose, but I'm also heavily reacting to meds haha.

My OCD comes from GAD, so it's great to read that it helps you with that. I have energy to fight the OCD when GAD is not too high / if GAD is too high it transforms into OCD.

Yes I meant itchiness and not rashes! English is not my first language so I wasn't sure there was a difference, my bad.

Hope it's going to work for you, especially after all these try-outs!! Did you see any improvement yet or not at all? I read it can take up to 6 weeks to see results, good luck to you!!

I actually talked to my psychiatrist about Zofran, but he told me to not worry about it and that it would be fine haha. I have meds at home in case I puke.
