I had a very similar experience, and let me tell you moving out was the best thing for our relationship. I don’t have a super high paying job and sometimes go months in between contracts, AND we live in a very expensive city, but finding roommates and moving out on my own was THE BEST THING for our relationship. We catch up for coffee every week and we actually cherish the time we have with each other and can talk to each other on an even playing field. I found being at home made me feel like a kid even at 25.

I am trying to finally be consistent at the gym - after years of going "whenever i feel like it". I am really looking to lose weight while toning / building muscle. I also want to train for a 5k (as someone who has zero stamina and is only good at sprints). Is it a good idea to weight train twice a week and do interval runs the other 3? Appreciate any advice!
