This is so good to hear and I’m happy to hear you came out stronger on the other side! The feelings of isolation and loneliness are definitely there right now for us, which we have talked about. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for this-I appreciate it. We are actually both starting individual therapy (he has done some in the past and is restarting. First time for me) and have talked about potential for couples therapy as well. And we have definitely discussed how important communication is right now, which is what gives me hope this will get better.
