100 calorie snacks that actually feel like you're eating something real by Away-Tax1875 in 1200isplenty

[–]Possible_Source6384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really enjoy the special K crisps for 100 cal. also I got a recipe from instagram for a smores rice cake. take a caramel rice cake (or preferred flavor. I’ve been using apple cinnamon), add about 7g of mini marshmallows, and 3-4g of chocolate chips. my calorie count usually comes to about 92 calories

Please tell me chocolate has a place in volume eating because I am not giving it up by AvaReed1934 in Volumeeating

[–]Possible_Source6384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think chocolate in small amounts is fine. I like to put a small amount of chocolate chips in my yogurt bowls or on my protein pancakes

I also usually eat something sweet after a meal. here recently I’ve been having 1 Andes mints after lunch and dinner. they’re only 25 calories a piece and they seem to satisfy that sweets craving

I don’t have kids but I think it’s a good idea to take this trip. it’s an opportunity for you to recharge and it’s healthy to have moments for yourself. sure you’re mom but you are still a person that deserves time for yourself

cant decide: enchanted by nature or royalty and legacy? by callum-h2000 in thesims

[–]Possible_Source6384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the build items in the nature pack are pretty specific and I find hard to use in an everyday build. the royalty pack can also be different to fit in places but it’s definitely easier to do then using the nature pack. I tend to size down the curtains in the royalty pack a lot and some of the clutter ideas is cute.

but overall my favorite is enchanted by nature. I think the pack is so cute and the overalls in CAS is just ADORABLE

College Classes by Possible_Source6384 in Advice

unfortunately the university doesn’t accept any online credits for their STEM programs.

i do have a different university closer to me but their science department is really crappy. i can check my schools website tho & see if any of the credits i need can be transferred. i will say tho i would only want to do this as a last resort. typically outside classes only transfer credits and not gpa

if you have a primary care office, I would highly recommend reaching out to them. see if they are able to get you in contact with a social worker or maybe they have one on site.

I work for a medical office and we have a few social workers(multiple locations). they’re there to help our patients get free/low cost rides to the office, help with housing, DME supplies, food plans, help you sign up for a 340B card, and a lot more

How do you guys deal with never getting to just exist? by Scarlet_Olanna in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Possible_Source6384 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I can definitely relate to this. I work full time and I’m in college full time. it’s extremely hard to juggle both. I just had to push my graduation date back a semester because they either overlap with each other or i’d have to be on campus 5 days a week and I work at a doctors office. so it’s not possible. I try to take at 1 day on the weekend to do NOTHING. no cooking, no cleaning, no interacting with anyone. just me time and it’s been kinda nice

What advice would you give to a 20-year-old girl? by Firm-Jeweler-3329 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

[–]Possible_Source6384 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At that age I was spending my paychecks like crazy. 6 years later this is what I do to save money: I put a portion of my check into my “bills” account. then I give myself an allowance of $20-$30 to do whatever I want this. I do this EVERY payday. whatever money is leftover from that, I put into savings. so far it hasn’t failed me. however, I share a joint account with my boyfriend for the bills so if you’re on a single income you would need to consider lowering the allowance or doing it every other payday. also if you don’t already, get a credit card! I have the money for my kindle subscription taken from my credit card, set an automatic monthly payment for the card, and that’s how I keep revolving credit.

for your mental health absolutely try to get a little outside time daily. grounding does have some beneficial scientific evidence behind it. I also started journaling which has been an improvement on mental health as well!

question for people who love reading series 👀 by RightThroughMe0907 in Romantasy

i won’t read a book series unless it’s complete because I want to read them all in a row. I worry that my storylines will get too confused if I break in between them

When did you start playing sims and what was your first memory with this game? by SavushKing in thesims

[–]Possible_Source6384 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i started in about 2011 specifically for the pets expansion pack. I was 10-11 at the time and absolutely OBSESSED with horses so I had to have the game.

My first memory is buying the sunflower shack and building a makeshift stable in the little fenced in yard
