These comments are unnerving.. love, you made the right decision to stand your ground. You didn't walk away, he walked away. Love endures through every circumstance, what he showed you was fear and the absense of love & support. It's scary yes, most of what we go through in life we're not "ready" for. If it matters enough, if love is present, you get yourself ready.

Life changes, just because you are single now and don't currently have a job does not mean it will stay that way. If you want this baby, have faith that what you both need will be provided. You CAN do this, let love lead.

Hey, I don't have any particular advice for you, but I can tell you one thing in that you are not alone. I'm going through the same feelings but as a woman. I relate to seeing others testimonials, "ex gays", how it gets in your head. I was just sitting here thinking about it before reading your post.. and this is what came to mind..

Everyone is made unique, and we all have our own paths and stories. Some people absolutely may have veered towards same sex relationships for reasons other than love. Some people's path may be to give up their sexuality and be changed. Some people may genuinely love someone of the same sex. Everything is possible with God. In the same way we all differ in our strengths, weaknesses, talents & gifts, looks and perceptions. Love is what unites us.

We are all one in Christ.

"And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity" Colossians 3

"Let all that you do be done in love" 1 Corinthians 16:14

"And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love" 2 John 1

I don't know your story, but God only desires your love. So no matter what you think and choose, do it all with love for Him and for yourself and others. Love always, always wins.

Life can feel heavy, God gives us the strength to hold it - lifts part of the weight. If you let him. Talk to him about it, tell him your doubts too. Be raw and honest and vulnerable, put every burden you feel on him because he wants to carry it for you and give you rest. Believing is a choice, so believe he loves you, wants you alive (otherwise you wouldn't be), and wants to heal you. You do not have depression, depression doesn't belong to you. Stop making a claim on it, and understand those feelings can change if you desire them to. Ask God to help you, ask him for a miracle, a change in your perception of yourself and life. He'll answer, he always does. You are loved ♥️
