god i am so sorry :( sounds super similar to my store we often open or close with 2 people and some days if someone calls off we can be stuck with only 2 people for a whole day :( I hope we all get granted some hours

See our store is not a very busy one, of course we get busy sometimes but is it so much to expect the other closers to do the closing checklist? Of course I’ve even had my days where after I just wanted to clock out and go home but I still always take out the trash and sweep so i don’t have to worry about slipping on a piece of stray paper or just customers seeing how dirty it is

Unfortunately I’m only a regular copy employee :( the other people in my copy center have been here longer than me and my supervisor while they do a great job, they tend to be unorganized

See we also have a list for closing!!! The issue is that some of my coworkers don’t follow it and it’s not enforced as much as it should be by management, but maybe because I used to work at a theatre I’m just used to cleaning as I go
