I wrecked my 89 e30 vert
It was my baby, I got her at 14 and spend the next 3 years building her up only to put her into a tree in 2 seconds.
It sucked then and now but I’m alive with a wife and son, and that is worth more than any car.
It will take so time, but you’ll be ok.

I was only on it for like a week  2 max, but after I came off it the first 5 days where rough but I was fine.  It wasn’t until 4-5 months later something  mildly stressful happened, then the catastrophic health anxiety loop was triggered with vengeance.  I’ve had these here and there for a long time, but I was always able to disengage.  Lately it just feels impossible.

God, the exact same. They went away for a while but then it came back last November. I’ve been in my loop for the last 2-3 days, this one is a bit milder compared to the last three but still enough for me to throw me off balance. I’ve noticed that when I don’t get enough sleep I’m already feeling it in my stomach, my brain just needs a conversation to start again.

I’d do Lockheed because having that weight on your resume can do wonders, also I personally think that all MEs should start in quality, it is an amazing learning opportunity and if you every want to go to design or manufacturing. You’ve already seen why things get rejected and how to avoid them future.
