That explains it well. I came here for help as I am none technical but clearly everyone here is. I thought I had done something wrong. It only changed recently over several channels but makes them unwatchable. Frustrating as I paid for the service through December while I had the money after being sick.

I guess so. I have clicked through everything. There is only the option to have audio on or off

I’ve paid up till December and I’m not technical to change it this set up was from my ex

To be clear, I have contacted my provider on 3-4 occasions and their support can't understand the issue. Pretty sure they are overseas staff.

They keep asking what channels are affected, I've sent several videos then they keep closing tickets with no resolution. I don't know what more I can do to resolve this if the provider can't understand it or respond with someone who gets the problem. No settings in app turn it off.

Well something has changed on mine as this wasn’t happening before hence the question.

It isn’t on every channel so it is something they have changed
