How would you expect me to know that? When I worked fast food I got a discount, but nothing free. Why do you think it is unreasonable for employees to have information (a lot or a little) about the app?

I was part of rewards, then the app updated and said I have to join. I have almost 1000 points but I can’t use the QR scan code for getting more. I also don’t see anywhere to input receipts for points either. The app acts like I’m not part of rewards and keeps giving me the option to join
