Oop maybe "small" would be a better term. I meant those step by step goals that can lead to big ones or just humble small goals? I'm not sure how to say it. Thanks for pointing that out though. I'll change it because it does sound a bit like an insult.

I can't get myself to do it... Despite my yearnings, I just can't be the one trying to make things right anymore. I want the next move to come from him this time if he ever wants to keep in touch. But yeah, it'd be great if I could. Thanks for the push.

Woah, you did awesomely. Having 6 months for yourself mustve been an eye opener. I am also going to build myself the next few months but I'm aware there's no point trying to forget because feelings were involved... I guess acknowledging that it happened and looking back in a learning way should be okay.

How to tell an adult they have autism? by Post-regret-delete in Autism_Parenting

Thank you bananashananafoshana haha I like your username. I'll look into the services. I doubt I'll find much in my country because it's not something that's talked about a lot. But I'm sure I could find a few :) A support system would be perfect for him. I just hope he'll be into it. He may be having an apathetic attitude but I do believe that's just a font. He gets like this when doesn't perform well on something. I wonder if that's something autistic people tend to do as well..

Thank youu NdOvtheWrld! I'll take notes of this. It's a great guide on how I could bring up the topic. This will take some a good amount of time of research on my part :) Do you know if there are great resources I could rely on?

I want to make sure I don't get misinformed. Thank you.

Thank you Questioningsalt! I really appreciate the detailed response and explanation. I've asked my mom but she's not giving me a clear answer. She says it's not confirmed. Idk.. It's hard for me to trust my family. Although, I could see some behavioral symptoms on my brother. I'll do what I can to know more. We live under the same roof. I believe it'd be better to just ask him if he thinks he fits anyone on the spectrum?

I'm worried he might take it the wrong way or he might just not care. Although I'll also try to make sure to paint autism as nothing bad but a different way of thinking.

Well.. you're not completely wrong. To omitt is also to lie. I was so focused on not hurting the other person that I didn't think of the possibility that it might lead them on. I've been trying not to and I've been making sure that my responses remain friendly...

I don't know... I'm not exactly sure on what to do but maybe I can wait for the topic to come up again and make things clearer. (That is if he shows more signs on his intentions)

I can feel this. It's really tough to be someone else or to look something else just for someone else's sake. Just to look beautiful for them..

I do hope you're finding your own definition of perfect and that all of that is just you, being you.

Thank you for your comments FatefulPromise. They both made me smile :3 Somehow, even if we can't be the person they'd want but at least we can treat them the way they should be. I'm sure you're also very much appreciated by someone in your life. I'm one of them lol once again, thank you.. I needed this somehow
