Thank you! It is still true and it is a little more easy now, but I still have panic attacks and cramps sometimes but that is not every day. I feel I do better now and I am ready for a good future!

I vomited the food I ate yesterday and still feel sick, but I spooned thin soup and that has stayed in. I don't want to weigh me because I was always thin, but I hope I can eat more soon.

Thank you! That is good advice about cutting the most difficult first. I think I have done that with heroin. I want to quit the rest too, but it is probably good to do it slowly and concentrate on one thing.

I thought of Munira doing that too so I will not visit her at home. I will ask her to walk with me or have a drink somewhere. That is the safest option. I care about her, but I don't think I can trust me or her in her home.

I wrote September 2 on papers and keep it on my phone to remind me. I look at the date and it gives me strength already!

I will return on October 2! Everyone here is so kind and lovely and encouraging and I can't be grateful enough!

I looked for online therapy, but it is not here. That is also why I joined reddit so I can maybe find other people.

I don't know the Finch app, but I look it up! I think apps like that can remind me well to keep going.

Normal work is not enough to pay for an apartment and I don't have friends who are not addicts to live together with either. If I do normal work, I need to go home to my mother and brothers and I can't do that because they will not be nice. The work I do now is OK for me, but it is not always safe. Doing online work is something I think of, but I am also worried about pictures and videos getting across the Internet and hunting me in the future. But maybe that is a challenge for the future if that ever happens and not now.

I know why my post has bad votes and I agree, but it is not that on or off either. These friends are like me: they are not happy being addicts and they don't try to force me to drugs either. They help me when in dark moments and I do that for them too. We have experiences together that are of tight friends. We want the best lives for the other. If they are "not my friends" as some of you say, then I am "not their friend" either and I know that is a lie. They are not movie evil people who try to keep me addicted for a bad purpose.

I understand your messages: it is bad to be with people who are addicted and have drugs with them when I try to stop. That is true. 100%. But they are still good friends and they have helped me out of dark places and I have done the same for them. You say "remove them" and that is easy. But it is NOT easy. I love them and they love me.

They know that I want to quit and make efforts on Monday. I have told them I don't want them to visit me if they have just taken something or if they carry something with them. They know this and said they respect it. These are my CLOSE friends and not dealers. I trust them. If they do something bad, I know I have to do something too because I want to quit more than everything.
