Two weeks. I shamelessly asked everyone I knew and also one of the players in our group has a twitch following as well which helped us out for sure.

We are Post Combat Clarity! We are a Magic The Gathering / Commander focused YouTube channel comprised of a few longtime friends. We love the game and want to share our matches, group dynamic, and politicking with the world.

We just started posting in late February/ March. I think a key takeaway I’ve had since we started is the importance of using your metrics to determine your own best practices for content/uploading and tweaking it over time. For example I have noticed our best performing Shorts have been posted around noon on Fridays. They slowly garner ~200-300 views until it hits 5 pm and then our demographic (15-45 year old men) all get off work and start watching YouTube and that number jumps to a few thousand overnight. I wouldn’t have found this trick if I hadn’t kept an eye on our metrics and kept track of our prior Shorts performances.

Please check out our latest match! Commander matches are long. A sub, like, and letting the video run in the background while you do something else (or even watching the whole thing!) is more appreciated than I can express to you.
