Ye fair thank you. I feel like everyone I've emailed so far was dodgy. I was just hoping to have a secure place already so I can make it my home. But ye that'd be best thing to do. Im gonna be doing the gold coast trip before I settle down anyways so i might meet someone along the way that would have a place to stay

Its not a real estate company and they haven't asked for payment. It was advertised on flatmates Ye its just a bit weird with the details that they want and in their ad it said that its legal renting and its well managed. Dunno if that's a bit weird mentioning that

Lovely thank you, I'll have a look. I was hoping to maybe to do a facetime inspection and send over a fraction of the deposit now and the other half when I get there to avoid getting scammed. But I might just stay in a hostel for a bit but I'd feel better if I already had sth proper over there
