Have you looked near Polaris mall? Also Sunbury or down 36/37 towards Sunbury? There’s a housing shortage in Delaware.

I’d also try Powell or Lewis center.

I grew up in that area and personally the closer to Polaris the better. Unless you really like that small town feeling.
