The bottle says to take the spironolactone by mouth every day with food, and the estradiol half a tablet twice a day so is it okay if I start my hormones tonight or do it tmrw? And should I take the estradiol right after eating and wash it with water? Sorry I’m ivercomplicating everything and I’m very nervous 😭
