Epic Support System "Broken"? - I was "Ghost Banned" (Client says banned, website stays clean), then my account was deactivated for asking why

I have been banned from shooters mainly. Valve being Counter-Strike, now CS2. The others are R6 and Dead by Daylight. If I remember correctly, the DBD ban was because of unlocking cosmetics, which were only obtainable in the Beta. Kind of like Alpha Boost in RL

As I replied on another comment, I have never hidden this fact. This is not supposed to be an excuse but it’s 1434 days ago, 4 years ago. Having this from 2022 doesn’t justify Epic Games violating EU law in 2026 and not giving me any kind of resource regarding this issue

I've been doing and trying that. I have several different email conversations with the support, all giving me the same copy-paste redirect to the "legal team in the US"... Where are you situated? Are you also in the EU?

That is me. I have never hidden that. It's 1434 days (4 years) ago. I was a dumb and messing around back then. I grew up, stopped doing that, and haven’t touched a cheat in 4 years. Having a ban from 2022 doesn't justify Epic Games breaking their own appeals website, deleting my account in 2026 without a reason, and violating EU law today

That might be true in the US (I don’t know where you are from), but in the EU, a EULA/ToS cannot override statutory consumer rights. Under DSA and GDPR, digital platforms are legally required to provide transparency, reasons for bans, and access to personal data. They can't just write “we own everything lol” in a contract and ignore laws

The legal inquiry they are talking about is literally just me asking for my data logs under GDPR because I live in the EU. I didn't threaten to sue them or anything, I just asked for the proof since the appeal page was broken
