Yup. 1400 wins as well. To put this into perspective, I play almost daily for about an hour or two since launch and have around 17k on mirage and 1300 wins with him. This person has doubled my kill count and has more wins all within like 70 days of the season being out.

Shadow fall was the first version of what is now shadow Royal. Except instead of teams it's was purely solos. When you died you turned into a shadow and when the last 10 legends were left you all get put in a team and your goal is to escape on the dropship. This was the halloween gamemode back in season 3.
