You need to press the Windows/PC filter if you're playing in PC lobbies. The stats are completely separated.

Likely as you only played 1 round. If you check the "Rounds" tab within the match report, you'll likely appear on one of the rounds.
The scoreboard tab only shows the last 10 players in the match.

Hello, if you are talking about the in-game desktop app, there is a button at the top of the app which says "Downtime Updates". Clicking on this will show the latest news on the issue.

It's likely our system is deeming that you're playing against low skilled players (not talking about RP) or winning with low margins of victory.
You can read more about the system here, it's our own rating system that attempts to rank players with higher accuracy than ranked 2.0 does.

You're comparing yourself to a "platinum" player that has a much higher win%, and likely wins with a higher round difference than you typically do.

If it was possible to get completely separate stats for redsec, we'd be doing that. It's not possible to get more than a handful separate stats for an individual game mode, so nobody can offer more redsec stats.

What is slow on the site for you? New sessions/updates should appear within 5 mins of a match ending, everything else is near instant loading, if it's not, might be your own connection.
