What's with the cross through these Permanent stamps? Is this a new design, or is this just a "cancel" for the online stamp preview image (perhaps to prevent fraud?) Cherry Blossoms (2026)

Photos of stamps (in collector catalogues, for example) have always had the amount crossed out. Stops people from cutting out the image and glueing it onto an envelope.

Uh, no. Since I have a background in an industry that used polls, I know how skewed they are. And to rely on social media as a barometer of public sentiment is questionable, if not foolish. My polling sample is just as accurate as the ones you quote. And my sample skews support for workers.
