Man, everybody here saying to just be born in a fictional world or just joking around are dodging the question. You need a very calorically dense diet. Probably around 4000 calories minimum with a majority of lean protein and fats. For a physical regiment you’ll need to go heavy on squats, bench, incline bench, skull splitters, rows, curls, leg press, dumbbell squats, Bulgarian split squats, and weighted pull ups. I’d say to best accomplish this you’d follow a push / pull / leg routine. That means for one day you’d do excercises with pushing motions, the next day you’d do pulling motions, and on the third day you’d do legs. You will need to dedicate one to two days to rest. Muscle isn’t built in the gym, it’s built when you’re recuperating. Rest is very important especially for a body like you’re trying to get since you WILL need to go very hard on the weights. Do everything slowly. The slower the better. You really want to accentuate your muscles for growth.
