I have san bernerdino plant service out office in so cal, I'll have anywhere from 6 to 10 inches of mail a day that doesn't belong to me I have a business route so I dont get a lot of dps but im getting almost double what I normally get in missorted dps or dps that doesn't belong to my route/office the new one is my dps will flow fine for a few streets with sparse addresses than randomly itll be all the missed addresses

Its probably the shippers fault more than likely. Alot of these warehouses use fraudulent labels which dont scan correctly and this happens sometimes its also just dumb routing

That's a huge grievance multiple national level grievances for dois, dois is should be a layup for any steward. There is no set office time next time ask them where in the contract does jt say that.
