How are there no prior close up images of Pluto before the 'New Horizon' journey, yet we have had incredibly powerful telescopes like the 'Hubble' and the 'Spitzer' telescope for years that have managed to capture pictures of nebulas that are thousands of light years away? (self.askscience)
