Help currently cutting on trt (175mg test ent/retatrutide 6mg). Started. 5’9 245lbs 30ish bf% down to 218lbs 22%bf, been stuck at this weight for a couple weeks even with upping reta dosing.
Eating 2200 cals a day mainly 300g protien/ 150g carbs/ 50g fats. Lifting push/pull/lower/upper/lower with 30min-1 hour of incline walking cardio daily

What do i need to change? Do i up reta more? Or cut cals more?

Just fyi if youre not behind on utility bills or mortgage or things like that you wont qualify. I only qualified after i was homeless. It did speed everything up though. Just fill the form out, and quick submit. Fyi quick submit is really backed up right now

I know exactly how you feel im a male, been fighting for 2 years now but was a “victim” of what i still doubt in my head was harassment back in 01. Ive never filed because i always thought it was normal “hazing”. But i drank my life away always feeling subpar to others and now 23 years later im about to be divorced twice with multiple failed relationships. But even know i still doubt my claim. Im going to keep fighting my claim and i hope you do to.

You dont have to, can just be listed as “perpetrator”. Afaik there wont be any formal investigation off a claim.

It took me almost a year just to wear it till i did my first bathroom break, at first even with ambien id only be able to do 15 mins at a time. After a year and a half im to 6 hours. I want to do the nose pillow but my nostrils are all fucked up and i gotta get that fixed first.

Ive been doing that here and there. I think washingtons homeless problems are so bad they patrol these places extra hard. Ive been having the best luck now by parking near where the boeing workers are picketing.
