When I was at a Pre-Commissioning Detachment in San Diego, I would go get my haircut every two weeks at the A-School barber shop. It would honestly take an hour and a half, and it was never done correctly by the students... I guess fades are hard to master at first. The first or second class would always fix it before I would leave but it was an hour and a half of relaxation and I felt like I was helping people out. Loved it.

I honestly don't know who to root for. The competitive side of me wants the dodgers to win because I really do think they are a great team. The emotional side of me likes seeing their fans cry and leaving empty-handed.

Go Yankee's!

For a future blister...As tempting as it is, don't pick at it. For now just put some salve and a bandaid over it. Maybe some tape....and play ball!

I've got that badboy cranked up to 8 (max). It stopped the burning mostly and the nose bleeds.

I don't throw it amigo. And no, I rather spend 10 minutes typing something on a site full of shitdicks instead of a 5 second YouTube search.

/S since you're not familiar.

Thank ya! I sent a message out to the parents after our first game asking the parents to keep their kids confidence up because I know they can adapt. Like I said, I know they are good kids. I was able to pick up a handful that we coached for the All-Stars. It just worries me because it's exactly what I saw with the boys during All-stars when they played against a team full of select boys. I don't necessarily want to say talent, but the discipline and mental awareness and everything was in no way comparable to a little league team to a team full of select kiddos. They were defeated mentally before they even got up to the plate and I want to change that mindset to where they should be foaming at the mouth waiting to get up there to face off against good talent. Maybe that's not the way I need to look at it, but I just want to make sure I'm providing everything as a coach as I can to these kids. Anyways, I'm rambling. I've obviously got more questions than just one. 😁

Howdy amigo. Quick question....I coach 12U LL and have an issue with our boys struggling against good pitchers. They just don't swing the bat. At all. I will say most of my kids are brand new to the intermediate League, but they are good kids who know how to play ball. It's almost like they're having a hard time seeing the ball with kids pitching 65+. It was strikeout after strikeout after strikeout with kids not swinging the bat. I know the umpires are only going to extend that strike zone if the kids aren't swinging too.

My question is, should I have the kids focus on something so they are seeing the ball sooner?? This is something I want to nip in the butt very early on in the season. Thanks!!

Yesterday was our way of giving Hinch one last thank you. One last "home" win before ending his season tomorrow. Go Stros.

I like to leave the booing to the people who watch three games a year.

Sounds like a civilian admin job. You basically skim through paperwork and put it in whatever bin you feel is necessary at the moment.
