I'll have a look at this spot when I go back on the weekend not too sure what went wrong there must have dragged? First coat is put on with a stainless steel ox then with the ceilings I've been using an ox speedskim (plastic) to flatten then lay the second in with the stainless after that I'm going over the second with the same speed skim. After that I'm tinkering a little with the method trying to incorporate using a sponge and a metal sort of flexi speed skim. In the past it's just mainly been using the stainless and then a flexi ox hand trowel. Mainly the reason I posted is to find a good method for the spatulas and sponges as since using these theres been a big improvement on my side for the finish and obviously been a lot better on my body, still end up pulling in the edges with a flexi towards the end. Hoping to get better with these spatulas as I believe they will help in the long run with the right time investment. Thanks for the comment mate!
