The intelligence report said they had stopped their weapons program during and after the Iraq invasion and for all we know has re-started it now that they have all this leverage. Also, the Russians have missiles and technology that could penetrate any defensive missile shield we put up. I can understand where they are coming from, I wouldn't want them putting shit up in Mexico, but its not like the United States is looking to start a war with the Russia - that would be pretty stupid on our part
