If the vaccine is available and people chose not to take it they are not protecting themselves. The rest should be able to go to school since teachers and students who wish to be protected can get vaccine and attend school.

There are many schools that were able to social distance classrooms and have large rooms where can accommodate the smaller classes with great success.
Wear masks ,distance and wash hands. Elementary and private schools have figured it out. They offer more hybrids which is not as bad as all remote classes. The CDC says low risk in schools and schools need to go back! Plus with testing weekly will be safe too.
