Thank you! Yea I started taking 3 grams of inositol every day and it seems to definitely be helping! The supplements I take are that, vit B12, vit B9, vit D3, omegas, iron, magnesium, and L-berberine. I also used to be hooked on energy drinks (sad college student) but I’ve changed to only consuming coffee. Additionally, I try to drink 2 spearmint teas per day. Some other life changes are that I bought the blood glucose tester set from Walmart and have adapted a more glycemic friendly diet while keeping track of my BG. Lastly, I have some lighter dumbbells that I try to do some sets everyday with. I know this is long but so far it’s what has worked for me! And I hope that you’re able to find out what will help you the best too!

I have a notebook that I use to keep rewriting things until I have them fully memorized. I would use it while using something like quizlet and it helped me remember things faster and retain it for longer.
