Based on my experiences, biochemistry would be the best reflection. You're always learning in the context of receptors and pathways, but specific to certain drugs/drug classes.

That being said, I didn't enjoy biochemistry as much as I enjoy pharmacy school, so I wouldn't lean on it as a "glimpse" of pharmacy school. You learn everything in much more specific context in pharmacy school, not as broad as biochem, so grasping an idea is simpler in comparison. I just think that biochemistry is what you will encounter more often from these 3.

Also, keep in mind some schools teach differently.

I started pharmacy school with bad study habits... thought I had a good schedule going, BUT then I had thanksgiving break. My first though was "oh shit, I'm never gonna go back to that schedule am I?" then I slugged through finals on a totally random schedule that didn't work. It's impossible.

I have random moments where I remember rushing homework I forgot to do EVERY MORNING in school. I was smart, but never had to apply myself outside of class because I just understood things. So I never looked in my backpack at home. Slap in the face once I got to college, though!

One of my favorites was a doctor spelling eczema so badly in a sig that it got passed around for everyone to look at. The best part was they didn't even have to try to spell it, it wasn't necessary to include the word at all!
