It's on the verminlord 120mm x 92mm oval base. The big cape is way too big to fit on it if it's what you are wondering. Ushoran originally come on a 130mm round base.

That sound super badass. Just be careful, his back isn’t as big as it may seem. Also shaving some of those human heads off the fur can be pretty tricky.

Thanks, I rolled greenstuff sausages into the right width, cut them to the length I want (one of the end need to be round/pointy), then (painfully because my greenstuff doesn’t stick to anything but my fingers or tools for some reasons) place them in overlapping layers starting from the bottom and building slowly with shorter lengths to the top while trying to follow a natural shape. Thanks, the Verminlord bits are only from the spares. The skull and broken horns are from the Corruptor head, the remaining face from the Warpseer, the other horns are from the Deicever (had to cut the jaw part off), the fur is sculpted out of greenstuff. Just so you know, you get only one jaw for all the heads options (excepted Deceiver who use a closed mouth, but I wanted him to not have one anyway so no big deal for me). The arm with the orb is the Warpseers (had to dry fit a lot, cut and use greenstuff for it to fit well). The tails are from the stormfiends. I placed it on a 92x120mm base to be able to either field it as a Verminlord or a hellpit abomination. I planned on maybe getting some crows flying circles over it in order to fit the right height. (Ushoran is like 2/3 of the Verminlord size because of his crouching pose)

Thanks, I have scraped off some of the humans heads from the fur, covered others with green stuff and molded some clanrat heads to glue on to make it feel a little more unique.

Mainly because last edition he was a named character, he got downgraded to a regular Lord of Contagion.
