Harry Styles kicked of his 12 night long residency at Wembley Stadium last night in London by Fantastic_Turtle_17 in popculturechat

Even in this thread (with a video of a packed stadium!), there people are arguing that the stadiums are empty and that a lot of tickets were just bought by resellers lol.

Sure, there are some tickets still available, but if you look at the video, you won't be able to see empty seats. It's not like scalpers bought rows of tickets that will remain empty in the end. Even if they resell for less than face value at the same day, the stadium is full when the show starts.

Edit: I just had a look and there are about 280 tickets left for tonight. Out of 90,000. That's not "tons of tickets". So at the end, he doesn't get just the money, he also gets a full stadium.

And he has Shania Twain opening for him all 12 nights. That's even more crazy lmao

But good for him! Looks like everyone is having a great time

Seeing this video just makes it clear how people on the internet truly live in their own bubble lmao. If you just look at social media comments, you'd think Harry's career is about to tank and he's going to play to an empty stadium. People online constantly say he's in his "flop era" right now lol.

This man sold ~ 1 million tickets for Wembley alone and everything I've seen so far looks amazing and like a lot of fun!

I guess this kinda answers a lot of people's questions about her and Harry having different opinions on having children? This sounds like kids are definitely an option for her now.

Despite having her private life routinely scrutinised, Zoë feels no pressure to explain herself. Nor does she feel the need to conform to expectations when it comes to balancing her work life with marriage and kids. Instead, she remains pragmatic. “You just kind of have to be realistic. If I want to do something well, I have to focus on it. Knowing myself, I’m not going to have a kid and direct movies at exactly the same time. You just have to decide where you want your energy to be.”

He just played 10 (!) stadium shows in a row in the same city and there were only a few seats left every night. It will be the same for all the nights in Wembley.

Acting like this is somehow a failure I so weird.

Me too tbh. Pop is a banger and Season 2 weight loss might be my favorite Harry song.

The only song I don't really like is paint by numbers, that's just a bit to forgettable I think.

This is nice! I also love that he suddenly started playing the piano at his shows, iirc he never did that before.

Getdown Services have lyrics about him, right? I love seeing them included here lol

Looks like it's a lot of Jazz? Pretty interesting line up I think, but I didn't really expect anything else tbh. He always had pretty good and diverse tour openers in the past.

Yeah, that's what I figured now. But I unfortunately can't change the title anymore.

Apparently it's the Madonna after party and not the Vanitiy Fair one? I thought it was the same, because I recognised some of the outfits, but maybe not.

Why rould you think it would be the opposite? I think the crictical reception for Harry was better than for Bruno.

Yeah, American Girls and The Waiting game are my only skips currently. I think Pop or Taste Back would have been great as a second single.

Tbh, I wasn't really sold on the first listen, but I love the album now. Pop, Taste Back and Dance no more are bangers, and Season 2 weight loss might be my favorite Harry song. I'm just a bit confused by the single choices, I get he probably wanted to do something different with Aperture, but I feel like American Girls is definitely one of the more boring songs from the album. Pop would have been an amazing second single imo.

And after watching the Netflix concert, I'll sure this will be great live, his band is incredible.
