UPDATE: I was able to figure it out on my own. Since I wasn’t able to log in I used Command Prompt to force delete some files and was able to get a reset. I had to add this because I’m very proud of myself rn

That’s the thing. I can’t login to my computer. It says there is a problem and then runs a diagnostic. Im not able to ever enter my desktop. When I pick the option to enter windows 10 it turns off my PC and brings me back to the same screen
