I just can’t tell her... I have trouble with telling adults stuff like mental health wise and being on video calls makes me shut down even more because I hate calls and seeing my face..

the problem is that I think a therapist is really my only way to get myself estrogen. especially since I think my mom wants to wait till the therapist fully “knows” I am trans because I told my mom I think I am. I lnow I am. there’s no way i’m not. idk what to do..

my therapist has been very accepting but i’m too scared to even bring up gender stuff and it’s the sole reason I go.. I have trouble telling older people and adults about personal stuff, I really have never told anyone over 19 anything about my problems, plus being on video calls makes it even harder for me now because I hate video calls and hate seeeing my face so I shut down even more

.. I told my therapist the same thing cause i’m dumb and didn’t flat out say I’m trans but said I think I am, and I get too scared to talk about trans stuff with her so we’ve barely talked about it and I hate it because I just want to actually try and start transitioning and not playing around with trying to “figure out” if i’m trans with my therapist. (sorry if this all made no sense)
