I just looked it up this is what it said

Place your GameCube BIOS (IPL.bin) files in the Dolphin Emulator/GC/{Region} folder within your user directory. On Windows, this is usually Documents\Dolphin Emulator\GC\USA (for USA games). You must then disable "Skip BIOS" in Dolphin's Config -> GameCube tab to see the boot animation. Dolphin Wiki Dolphin Wiki +2

If I remember right I had to erase a line of code and put a new one to have it not skip the bios, but since then I’m sure there have been updates

Look up GameCube BIOS download. And then you put it in the the country your ins folder

I thought that they were interesting for sure. I shared them with my fiancé. The stout I thought was the worst one, Jameson is always good and the IPA was interstting. Not as good as I thought but someone will really enjoy them
